Garth Books Best Cover

For us country music fans who love Garth Brooks there is new box features includes plenty of his hits, most of them originally sung by other people. While these remakes may not replace Brooks' hits Friends in Low Places, The Thunder Rolls and IF Tomorrow Never Comes. Brooks has been singing several of his hit song during his solo residency at Wynn Las Vegas, and his final show airs Friday (CBS, 9 p.m. ET/PT).

The rest of the box set also mixes Brooks’ signature smashes with affectionate versions of his favorite songs by other artists. Each of the four new covers albums delves into a different genre and includes 11 tracks, many featured in his intimate Vegas shows, and his publicist provided The Oklahoman with a sampling of two cuts from each cover CD.
